Shadyside Restorations is committed to keeping as much of the original architectural details as possible while also accommodating the need for modern utilities. We believe interior walls can be removed if an owner wants to maximize
the "open concept" which is more in keeping with todays lifestyle. Our artisans can recreate any missing mouldings or produce new mouldings to suit the project.
We love the out of doors and try to design rooms that can have access to the out of doors with lovely patio's and gardens.
We can make custom doors for any size opening.
Our " in house" architectural services save time and help to have an efficient and productive construction schedule.
